Michael Godfrey Surveys Ltd is a well established survey practice based in Hertfordshire, Fife, Norfolk, Yorkshire and Belfast carrying out topographic surveys and measured building surveys throughout the UK. We also carry out setting out works throughout Scotland from our Fife office.

We have no limitations on the size of surveys we take on - recent work has ranged from simple building and site surveys for private extensions or refurbishments through to several separate land parcels on a multi-million pound project for a major household name developer.

We pride ourselves on our personal supervision on all projects - you will not deal with an administrator, you will deal with a surveyor from start to finish who will be aware of your project and can talk with knowledge and experience about your needs and requirements. Indeed Mike Godfrey, our Managing Director, has over thirty years experience of surveying for the construction and housing industries.

Any form of construction, from a one off individual housing plot or refurbishment, to a town centre redevelopment or consortium housing estate, needs accurate survey information on which to base design work. Instructing Michael Godfrey Surveys Ltd to carry out a topographic or measured building survey will assist both you and your design team by providing accurate data on which the concept, design and construction work can be based with confidence no matter how large or small the project.

All work is computer processed and drafted and available for issue by email in either AutoCAD dwg format or dxf, as well as on paper or film.
